Hearts and Healing: Meaningful Tattoos at Healing Ink
On November 11, Torch Tattoo’s Justin Warn joined fellow artists at a Healing Ink event in Woodland Hills, California. This remarkable organization creates safe, supportive spaces for survivors of mass violence and terrorism to find healing through the transformative journey of tattoo art. Justin has previously participated at events in Las Vegas, Washington D.C., and Israel.
At this event, Justin worked with Amanda, a survivor of the Route 91 Music Festival in Las Vegas, where she tragically lost her best friend. Together, they collaborated on a meaningful tribute – a delicately detailed winged heart tattoo, symbolizing the loved ones who live on in Amanda’s heart and memories. Amanda will visit the shop soon to complete the piece with color work.
Reflecting on the experience, Justin shared on Instagram:
“Healing Ink tattoos victims and survivors of mass shootings, terrorism, and those who have been affected by this sort of evil. I am proud of the work we do as a collective of artists from all around the world and will always be ready to help when I am needed.”
Justin’s work is a testament to the power of tattoo art to heal, and we’re honored to support this mission through his contributions at Torch Tattoo .
